As of now, Isele Tactical LLC is offering concealed carry courses and defensive pistol courses. See below for all relevant information:

1- Concealed carry courses that certify Kansas residents and allow them to apply for their concealed carry permit through the Kansas Attorney General's Office. Kansas is a Constitutional Carry state, but concealed carry permits are ideal for those who travel often and/or would like more training as it pertains to legal responsibilities, tactics, and general firearms safety!

To meet the requirements set forth by the Kansas Attorney General's Office, an 8 hour course curriculum has been developed covering the following disciplines concerning carrying a concealed handgun in the State of Kansas.  

1.  An introductory safety briefing     

2.  Basic introduction to handguns, safe handling, and storage of firearms     

3.  Firearm care and maintenance     

4.  Legal issues relating to the use of deadly force     

5.  Use of deadly force  (preparedness for confrontations)     

6.  Firearm manipulation, marksmanship and practice     

7.  A multiple choice written test      

8.  Range qualification  Course of fire:    

3 yards: total rounds 5, one handed grip  

7 yards:  total rounds 10, two handed grip

10 yards:  total rounds 10, two handed grip

Scoring:  18 hits on the scoring portion of the approved target is required to pass.        

9.  Overall evaluation of student (pass or fail decision made by instructor)  

2- Individual and small group weapons/tactics trainings

        a. Defensive Pistol

This course is CLEET Cataloged #21-2759 and Missouri POST approved #21577.

Ideal for those who may already have a permit and some training, but would like to further their skillset in the arenas of cover/concealment, shooting and moving, home defense, and accuracy.

After successfully completing this 8-hour course, students will: 

1. Understand Kansas statutes on use of force and applicable laws governing defense of home/business

2. Understand responsibilities of gun ownership

3. Understand and have knowledge of firearm conditions of readiness

4. Understand and apply tactical firearm holding positions

5. Understand and be able to apply muzzle discipline, tactical movement, and target acquisition

6. Understand and be able to shoot multiple targets, shoot and move, and properly utilize cover and concealment 

7. Understand reloading and how to mitigate malfunctions appropriately and efficiently 

8. Understand the basic fundamentals of home/business clearing to include tactics, risks, and purpose

9. Shoot a law enforcement qualifying score with at least an 80%.

"The Missouri Peace Officer Standards and Training Program has approved this course for continuing education credit."
