Applying for License
Effective July 1, 2019, the application fee provided by law is $100 payable to the Office of the Attorney General, and $32.50 payable to the Sheriff of the applicant’s county of residence.
The minimum age to apply for a concealed carry handgun license remains 21 years of age.
*****After July 1, 2021- fees to the Attorney General's Office will be $79.50*****

HB 2058 passed which allows the concealed carry age in Kansas to be 18! Since this just occurred, please contact me prior to enrollment if you are under the age of 21 so I have a chance to obtain the new legal authorizations and confirmations.
